Subscription Q&A

How does your subscription service work?

Subscribers save 20% on every order, and we make sure your products are at your door on your schedule. To sign up, choose Subscribe & Save on any product page, pick your delivery cadence, and check out like normal.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log in to your account and click Manage Subscriptions. From there you can change your next order date, shipping address, payment information, and delivery schedule, or cancel your subscription.

How often does a subscription renew?

The default cadence is every 30 days, but you can customize how often you receive your order in the subscription portal (45, 60, even 55 days if that's your thing). We'll email you a reminder 5 days before each renewal.

How does the 30-day trial work?

Every first-time customer gets a full 30 days to try our products, starting the day your package arrives. If you're not satisfied, send it back for a full refund. Trials are limited to first-time customers, one product per customer. To start a return, email support@populum.com or call (855) 872-2772.

What if something is wrong with my order?
